I bought a “real” camera and have developed a passion for taking pictures of little children. I finally edited all my footage from LA, turned it into a short movie and received an overwhelming response to it. I went to Paris with my two best friends and we ended up running through the city for 3 days, trying to visit as many places as possible. I went to a Katy Perry concert, the best concert I’ve ever been to. I started working part-time for a language school. I survived my second semester at university. I’ve decided not go to McDonalds anymore. I went to London to visit a friend who was working there as an au pair. I went to the Glee Live concert in the O2 arena. I worked as a cashier in a grocery store for two weeks as a summer job. I worked in a cookie factory for two weeks as a summer job, which made me realize how hard those people work for so little money. I read the Hunger Games trilogy and got obsessed with it. I went to France for a week to stay with a family I barely even knew. I made a one-day trip to Milan, Italy and have decided to do this more frequently. I started studying English as my minor and realized how terrible my English is. I survived the third semester at university. As every year, I’ve tried to be more outgoing and self-confident. I’ve realized that with more opportunities comes more responsibility. I’ve made friends and lost friends. I booked a trip to New York for February 2012. On to the next year, may it be a good one!

3. Breathe heavily through your nose as though you were about to hit ingredients
4. Give up and make the sandwich yourself, and eat it bitterly
